Why div stocks ?
The higher the Div Payout Ratio means tinggi peratus untung paid out as div to shareholders.
Sifu jas :
1/ lagi tinggi means shareholders rewarded well and maybe means company tak peram profit or re modal the profit.
2/ Dividend stocks boleh dikatakan less risk sebab div is part of keuntungan selain kenaikan harga stocks. Div more certain dari capital (harga) gain.
3/ sesuai untuk orang-orang senior yang prefer regular income (div) berbanding capital gains. Atau sebagai diversification in sesebuah investment portfolio.
If tak mampu beli stocks yang pelbagai, pilhlah unit amanah with div yielding as objective utama. Here u can invest RM1,000 but get 30 to 50 stocks div terpilih.
So SIMPLE !
RM1,000 but dapat 50 stocks!
